This is an incorrectly set APN.

These are the data that the phone needs to be able to access the internet.

If you search the internet settings of your mobile provider, you should be able to find them.

Otherwise, you can ask them.

In the F101, go to Settings>Advanced Settings>More>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names.

It should contain the information from your provider. If not, you can tap the + sign in the top right corner to create and set a new access point.
