You have recently ordered a Fysic product from our webshop. We hope that you will enjoy your purchase for a long time and that you will experience many wonderful moments with Fysic.

If you are not convinced by your product, you can always return it to us free of charge within the withdrawal period (30 days). You will then receive a full refund.

If you would like to return your Lenco product but are not sure if there is a better solution, do not hesitate to ask us for advice via the contact form.

If you wish to return your product within the return period, the following information is important for you:

• Use the enclosed return label.
• You have thirty days to consider the return
• The item must be in its original condition or undamaged and in its original packaging (preferably back in an outer box).
• Make sure you put the delivery note in the box, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to allocate your order.

After we have received your Fysic product, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Our warehouse will check that the item has been returned correctly and will refund the purchase amount.
